Sarah Rose

Sarah Rose currently serves as Chief Product Officer of Tinder. With over 25 years of product leadership experience, Sarah has led and inspired teams to develop innovative and impactful experiences for beloved consumer and marketplace brands including TaskRabbit, BabyCenter, ModCloth, UrbanSitter, and most recently, Ipsy, the world’s largest beauty subscription and ecommerce membership.

At Ipsy, Sarah reimagined customer experiences using AI, enhancing value and extending customer relationships beyond subscriptions. Prior to that, Sarah served as President and CPO at TaskRabbit, where she led the online marketplace’s global expansion and forged strategic partnerships, including a key collaboration with IKEA. Throughout her career, Sarah has been dedicated to innovation, particularly in building experiences that resonate with women. Sarah is passionate about Tinder's mission to evolve and disrupt the dating category and bringing her expertise and vision to help shape the future of the brand. She has built a reputation for cross-functional collaboration and investment in people and culture.. Committed to diversity in corporate leadership, Sarah has served as a Director on corporate boards, and advises and mentors women in business.

Sarah holds a bachelor’s with honors in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She has been recognized as one of SFBT’s (San Francisco Business Times) 50 Most Influential Women in Business and The Org’s Top 12 CPOs to watch.
